Dave Hughes
Dave Hughes has been active in the corporate workplace diversity movement for over ten years. Dave works at a well-known international high-tech corporation, and has served on various diversity teams at the corporate, site, and department levels. For over ten years, he has held various leadership roles in his company's Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, and Transgender (GLBT) employee resource group, including two terms as national president. A passionate Diversity Advocate, Dave has developed and presented several workshops on the topics of Workplace Diversity and GLBT workplace issue awareness. Dave is a certified Out & Equal "Building Bridges" trainer. Dave resides in Chandler, AZ with his
husband Jeff and their dogs Max and Missy. Dave's other interests
include jazz and Brazilian music, swimming, hiking/backpacking,
and exploring the beautiful state of Arizona and beyond.
